On 21, 22 and 23 October 2026, PULSE Foundation is organising Open Days in Kardzhali, dedicated to opportunities for education, acquiring new skills and professional fulfilment.
The events are held as part of the project “Path to Knowledge: Literacy and Opportunities for Adults in Kardzhali”, whose main goal is to improve access to education, social inclusion and employment opportunities for people over 16 years of age from vulnerable groups.
During the meetings, the PULSE Foundation team will present the upcoming free training courses, the groups about to start, and the opportunities to join courses for acquiring the knowledge and competencies of the lower secondary stage (grades 5, 6 and 7). Visitors will be able to get information about the conditions for participation, individual support, and opportunities for career guidance and professional fulfilment.
The Open Days will take place:
- 21, 22 and 23 October 2026
- From 4:00 p.m.
- Kardzhali, 49 “Bulgaria” Blvd., 4th floor
We invite all interested citizens, as well as representatives of local institutions and organisations, to learn about the opportunities that the literacy programme offers.
Because it is never too late to learn and develop our potential!

The project “Path to Knowledge: Literacy and Opportunities for Adults in Kardzhali” is implemented by PULSE Foundation in partnership with the “Saints Cyril and Methodius” Primary School in the village of Stremtsi, with the financial support of the “Education” Programme 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union.
