Today we stand before a great dream: to build a safety house. A house where every woman, child, or man escaping violence can find security and protection. Here, people will receive professional care, and hope will heal the pain.

The Dream House will be a new crisis center in Pernik. It will be created specifically to meet the needs of survivors of violence.

• Three floors of light and safety – colorful rooms, spaces for recovery, play, and communication.
• Rooms for emergency support and protection – a “soft room”, crisis rooms, kitchen, and dining area.
• A home for recovery – a place where children receive their first balloon on June 1st, where birthdays are celebrated, where hope for a new life begins. And where their parents receive peace, support, and understanding.

• Every person deserves a life free from violence and fear.
• Every child has the right to grow up in safety and peace.
• Each of us can be part of the change.

PULSE Foundation has been supporting people affected by violence for more than 26 years. For 26 years, we have stood beside those who go through pain and fear. For 26 years, we have been on the front line – with open hearts and outstretched hands.

Over these years, we have managed to help more than 16,000 people:

• 759 people found safety in the Crisis Center.
• More than 8,000 people received support from our psychologists, social workers, and lawyers.
• 6,480 people participated in prevention programs.
• More than 1,000 people received humanitarian aid during the pandemic.

And not only that - in our training and prevention programs:

• 19,000 children and parents took part in training sessions for life without violence.
• 4,200 professionals were trained to recognize and respond to cases of violence and to work better together.
• More than 1,200 volunteers became part of our Youth Club “To Be Friends.”

• The land is already ours.
• The architectural design is already complete.
• Тhe most important part comes —making The DREAM HOUSE a reality together.
