On July 7, 2025, PULSE Foundation celebrates its 26th birthday – 26 years in which we are with people in their most difficult moments, so that they know that there is someone to hear, believe and support them.

We believe that a life without violence is a right, not a privilege. We provide care and support to women, children and men who have experienced various forms of violence – physical, sexual, mental, economic... We support people who have suffered from violence by providing them with security, professional care and assistance to rebuild their lives – without fear and violence.

We provide a 24-hour care and support program that includes:

• Crisis Center for Persons and Children Victims of Violence – a place for emergency protection, support, safety and a new beginning.
• Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration "Tatyana Arsova", where we provide psychological, social and legal assistance to people who have suffered or are at risk of violence.

In addition to individual support, we develop preventive, educational and advocacy programs. We strive not only to respond to violence, but also to prevent it by promoting a culture of non-violence, equality and respect in relationships.

We believe that change begins when society speaks openly, responsibly and without fear about violence, and when every child, every person grows up and lives in an environment of understanding, positive communication and mutual care.

Today we not only celebrate the path we have traveled but also look forward with hope. We continue to develop and dream – we are happy to share that our mobile office and the network of volunteers in Kardzhali have already been officially established as a regional branch of the PULSE Foundation. This is another step towards more affordable assistance for people in different parts of the country.

We are glad and grateful for the good cooperation with institutions, local authorities, professionals, non-governmental organizations and everyone with whom we build mechanisms for protection, care and recovery. Every partner, every support, every common effort matters.
