The PULSE Foundation – Kardzhali Branch is a natural continuation and enhancement of the long-standing experience, best practices, and high standards in caring for victims of violence and prevention, established by the PULSE Foundation. For more than five years, we have been providing mobile support services in the region, and the registration of the branch on May 31, 2024, is a logical step in the development and expansion of our activities. With the Kardzhali Branch, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring sustainable and effective mechanisms for the protection and support of victims of violence, as well as developing training and prevention programs tailored to the specific needs of the local community.

Our core mission is to build a society free from violence by providing assistance and support to individuals who have experienced domestic violence. We work to raise public awareness of the issue and eliminate all forms of violence in human relationships. We protect and uphold the rights of children and adults, actively working to ensure their well-being.

The activities of the PULSE Foundation – Kardzhali Branch focus on the following key areas:

1. Support Program for Victims of Violence – Providing psychological, social, and legal consultations to individuals who have experienced or are at risk of violence.
2. Violence Prevention Program – Conducting information campaigns, thematic trainings, discussions, and meetings.
